Cancellation Policy

1. Client Conduct – Clients must be respectful and professional at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, touching, or solicitation is strictly prohibited. 2. Payment & Booking – Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service. 3. Service Limitations – Our maids provide cleaning services only. No additional services outside of cleaning will be offered. 4. Security & Safety – Maids have the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe or disrespected. No refunds will be issued in such cases. 5. Dress Code Options – Clients may choose from available maid attire options at the time of booking. Requests outside of company guidelines will not be accommodated. 6. Property Respect – Clients must provide a safe and clean work environment. No illegal substances or hazardous conditions allowed. 7. Privacy & Confidentiality – All client information is kept confidential. No recording or photography is permitted during the service. 8. Location Requirements – Services are only available at residential or approved business locations. No hotel or motel bookings. 9. Additional Fees – Any excessive mess, bio hazards, or last-minute changes may incur additional fees. 10. Right to Refuse Service – Maid 4 Lust reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if policies are violated.
